My youngest grandson Jeffy on Friday, just learned to crawl. Saturday Jeffy took a nap and never got back up.

My computer was toasted about a month ago and I have been using my laptop and the kids computer they work fine but meh, they didn't have most of my design resources on them. I now have a new motherboard, cpu chip and more memory. I'M FLYING HIGH and giddy with happiness! My baby is back and even better than before! Whoo hoo! (too bad I have to go to work today)

Amira's Day Out

So its been a month since the birth of my New granddaughter and I'm celebrating with the release of Amira's Day Out! A 5 piece set which includes headband, hat, overalls, jacket and skirt. Everything the little miss needs to meet her public.
This pattern is written complete with schematics, written instruction and symbol charts.
Please note this pattern is written in one size only!

I have to say with all the sorrow and grief our family has been through in the last couple of years this is just so wonderfully over the top. My newest granddaughter Amira Love is such a beautiful thing!

Almost 2 years after the death of Tristan, his cousin Vincent Jr leaves us just as violently. This young man had an infectious smile that could light up the room and eyes that seemed like they were looking through your soul when he sat and talked with you. Just like Tristan he had not begun to live yet....he was only 19. R.I.P Junior!

Materials: 1 Knit picks Paint Your Own Lace Weight Approx 880 yards. E/3.5mm hook
One size
Stitches used: Sl st, Ch, Dc, Fpdc, Bpdc and 3dc cluster.
Guage: 6 sts and 11 rows in Fpdc, Bpdc rib = 4 inches

Front Post Stitch (FPST) = Yarn over, insert hook from the front side of the work right to left around the post of the indicated stitch on a previous row; YO and pull up a loop (3 lps
on hk), (YO and draw through 2 lps) 2X.

Back Post Stitch: (bpst) = Yarn over, insert hook from the back side of the work right to left around the post of the indicated stitch on a previous row; YO and pull up a loop (3 lps on hk)
YO and draw through two lops (2 X)

3Dc Cluster: (3Dc Cl) = Work a dc into each of the next 3 stitches leaving the last loop of each on the hook. Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Ch 40, join with a sl stitch being careful not twist. Ch 3 (at this and the end of every row.)

Row 1: Dc in each ch to end of row, (skipping over 3ch) join to first dc with a sl st.
